Roewekamp Zeiten

Images from the 90's in Oldenburg when I was living in Roewekamp house.

Bilder aus den 90ern als ich im Roewekamp gewohnt habe. Pre Smartphone Zeiten, also leider nicht vollständig.

Röwekamp 23 as it was around 1990. I lived on the 2nd floor first on the very left and then in the middle.

Der alte Roewekamp wie er in den 90ern aussah. Inzwischen ist das Haus renoviert worden. Ich wohnte 12 Jahre im ersten Stock. Erst die beiden Fenster links, dann die mittleren 4 Fenster.

Silke, Elke, Olaf and I lived for quite a while in the Roewekamp flat together. I think it was almost 5 years.

I studied architecture with Olaf. He and Elke come to Australia almost every 2nd year. Noone else of my friends has come by now from Germany to visit me. - It's not that far guys. Or wait, maybe it is.

Meike. I studied architecture with Meike. She is one of the few friends I studied with who are still in Oldenburg.

Meike. Eine der wenigen die nach dem Studium in Oldenburg geblieben ist.

Mario is Olaf's brother. The 2 brothers and I traveled together to Australia in 1990.

Fred. I adopted him from my sister. He didn't like the outside world and wanted to stay in the flat all the time.

Dörte (in Hamburg). I met her with Mario and Olaf during our first Australia trip.

Dörte in Hamburg, wir haben uns in Australien kennengelernt. Sie hat hier einen Platz in der Gallery weil wir uns noch jahrelang getroffen haben. Regelmässig auf den Roewekamp Parties.
